We all want to go on holiday and hope our property is safe and well, so often we see homes experience an issue such as a burst pipe and it goes undetected for a long period and it causes catastrophic damage.
 

This is either bad luck or simply because of the winter elements play a part and the heating was not left on or managed whilst your away, water not ran regularly and long periods without use, also potential health risks such as Legionnaires' disease and other issues that can unfortunately happen.

Not to mention nasty break ins when the property is unoccupied.

This is why at AWM we offer Holiday Watch, where we look after and monitor your property at low cost.

Different packages available, the most popular package is daily visits twice a day morning and night and the evening visit we carry out a closer look and checking on water and heating systems.

 

We also offer staying at the property if necessary for pet care to keep them safe and looked after and kept to their normal routine.
