My Story

I started small but with big dreams to build something that would help people with solutions to their home and holiday or long break situations. Mainly for large estates that can go unoccupied for very long periods. 

I then found myself looking after a very large estate for a UHNWI, providing regular security checks to the outside parameters and call outs to alarm triggers. 

Became closer to the family and my services grew with my growing trust and on to regular maintenance checks inside the property to give full piece and mind and problems avoided or caught early to prevent major damage, pool 
and spa maintenance and then providing our own cleaners and finally appointed the position, Property Manager, carrying out and overseeing repairs throughout the property and manage the whole operation and arranging larger repairs.

This was all down to my passion and care for the family and to ensure at the drop of a hat, they could come and have an enjoyable stay and everything was ready and in good working order.

 

We have great outsourced professional services, for repairs that requires specialist skills.


We then found ourselves offering these services wider and also have a great pet and home sitting service that we also use personally and other services available such as cleaning solutions.

We always aim to provide cost effective packages to make a great solution for you whilst you enjoy your time away.
